IMPORTANT: If any Printrix product(s) that you received has a defect, we will not refund your purchase in exchange for cash. We will however reprint your item and bear the delivery fee. Printrix is not responsible for any spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, dark images, poor image quality from low resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors.
